Maryland Comptroller Announces Extension for Certain 2021 Business Tax Returns and Payments.Payments and filings for 2020 due on or before Januare unaffected.Affects payments due for January, February, and March 2021.Due dates of tax returns and remittances for periods beginning Januthrough Maare now due April 15, 2021.Do not combine separate reporting period into a single return.Returns and payments may be submitted by Apwithout incurring any interest or penalties.Affects returns for sales taking place in December 2020, January 2021, and February 2021.Claims for these returns must be filed no later than April 15, 2024.Extension for statute of limitations for filing a claim for refund of income tax also applies.
